If you present a paper at the congress
Speakers can choose between payment by bank transfer - before December 10- or payment in cash.
The rates are: 75 EUR (student) or 125 EUR (no student).
Erasmus University students can register for the conference without the social program for EUR 25.
If you choose to pay by bank, our university will send you an invoice that contains all the necessary information (IBAN number, name of bank, etc.)
If you do not present a paper at the congress
Other attendants have to pay by bank before December 10.

Note that students must provide proof of status by mail or on arrival (photocopy of their valid student card or equivalent).
Erasmus students have to register and pay seperately for the congress reception and dinner if they wish to attend. The registration fee only includes admittance to the day program.
